Transit Pressure Washing Van Build

Transit van pressure washing build. Here’s all the details of our custom built pressure washing and soft wash van setup.  This van is a 2020 Ford Transit van provided by the customer. Our goal was to maximize the floor space while making this the most efficient pressure washing setups available.  Honda GX690 Gear drive pressure washer featuring our block mounted K7 unloader. This pressure washer puts out 8 GPM 3500 PSI. The perfect balance for commercial and residential cleaning.  Custom fabricated aluminum hose reel mounting system. This mounting system is made of 1/4 heavy duty aircraft grade aluminum.  Three Titan electric 12” hose reels. Our reels feature the upgraded stainless manifolds that is resistant to the highly corrosive sodium hypochlorite cleaning mixtures.  Three premium heavy duty 12” hose reel guides with rollers 100 gallon slim buffer tank.
