HOW DOES IT WORK?------------------------------------Select how many pets need to be drawn. When checking out in the notes section please send your pet name. You can upload the photos of you pet or send it to us at service@prettytimely.com There is no refund for the work already done unfortunately as the time was spent already on it. Please note Business hours is Monday to Friday. The Design Studio is closed on the weekend. You will receive your fist mockup in 7  business days. To assist you in planning your time do factor in at least 3 business days for any changes if you need any.
