Our Quarter Beef Share includes 102 lbs of individually wrapped and frozen from a single animal raised on open pasture by our farm partner, Sinton & Sons, in Paso Robles, CA. Each share is grass-fed, grass-finished, GAP Step 4 certified, and processed by a USDA-inspected butcher. You receive a balanced mix of premium steaks, everyday cooking cuts, bones, and ground beef vacuum-sealed and shipped frozen to your door. This share is only available for pickup in Murrieta, CA.
