While naturally smaller than grain-fed cuts, they deliver a rich, clean lamb flavor without excess fat. Our lamb is raised at Anderson Ranch in Oregon, where animals live on open pasture and are never fed grain. This makes lamb an excellent alternative to grass-fed beef for nutrient-dense, high-quality meal planning.
