Our Whole Beef Share includes 426 lbs of individually wrapped cuts from a single animal raised on open pasture by our farm partner, Sinton & Sons, in Paso Robles, CA. Each share is grass-fed, grass-finished, GAP Step 4 certified, and processed by a USDA-inspected butcher. You receive a balanced mix of premium steaks, everyday cooking cuts, bones, and ground beef vacuum-sealed.
