Cable Idler Pulley - CIP3500-.188 - Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon

Precision molded, one-piece, thermoplastic body (glass reinforced nylon) pulleys offer these advantages over two piece, metal pulleys. Lover coefficient of friction reduces wear, increases belt life, lowers maintenance cost. Thermoplastic resists oils, solvents, many acids, and fully corrosion resistant. On piece, molded construction pulleys are immune to rivet fatigue and separation that is often found in two piece metal pulleys. Pulleys are precision molded concentrically around bearings, +/- 0.007 T.I.R. All Bearings are sealed A.B.E.C.-1 with sintered metal hubs.
