The Everest EOTP2, 47.5" Sandwich/Salad Open Mega Top Prep Table Refrigerator, 115v, 13 cu. ft. features a replaceable Blizzard R290 condensing unit, constructed with a 16 gauge stainless steel worktop and stainless steel interior and sides. The rear and bottom are made of galvanized steel and the unit is designed with reverse fan motors for easy cleaning of the condenser coil. This refrigerator also utilizes environmentally friendly refrigerant R290, and its Mega-Top prep area can accommodate three rows of polycarbonate 6" pans with lids. This product's defrost cycle is controlled by both time and temperature, utilizing a defrost heater. Its evaporator coils are resistant to corrosion and the unit features a self-maintaining condensate drain that does not require external drains.
