Adult League Manager Registration (Summer 2025)

Team Manager registration for the Summer 2025 Saturday Adult Basketball League and Sunday Adult Basketball League is now open FOR RETURNING TEAMS ONLY. Please be sure to fill out the forms correctly and if you have any questions feel free to call us at 626-333-9300. Any inquires will be placed on a waitlist. All players planning to participate in the adult league must be recruited by a PTBA Team Manager and are required to have a valid PTBA Membership. Please, note managers are eligible as players as well and will not need to register again as an individual player. PTBA Team Managers must submit their official rosters before the beginning of the season. Players on their respective rosters must register and pay individually to be eligible to play.
