The Bourgogne Cote d'Or comes from parcels that are all in the village of Puligny, close to the border of Meursault. The vines are up to 50 years old and farmed “lutte raisonée”. Fermentation is done in tanks, and elevage continues in tank and neutral barrels. The 2020 is already open and freshly balanced between crisp, orchard fruit and classic saline minerals with plenty of acidity for structure.
