Chateau Figeac Saint Emilion Grand Cru 2000 750ml

Beautiful medium ruby colored with some garnet edges. In the nose soft and fine notes of ripe cherries, mushrooms and truffle. On the palate red cherries, blackberries, wet forest floor, mushrooms, green bell pepper and some nice herbal notes. Medium bodied with a fine and medium intense acidity. Tannins are polished and integrated beautifully. Amazing complex structure and a fantastic overall balance. The finish is super long and very elegant.
