On the palate it is a velvety spumante; crisp, fruity and not too acidulous, dry elegant; rightfully full bodied and harmonic. Clean, bright and simple, this would taste great on a hot summer afternoon by the pool. Citrus, stone fruit and crushed white-pepper notes emerge on the finish.
