Acoustical Wall Tiles

These are acoustical wall tiles that you can print out to make amazing colorful murals. They are simple geometric shapes, but once you put a couple together they produce a gorgeous optical effect.  While this design is based off a traditional acoustical wall panel, and should work to dampen some ambient noise. We have not tested if this print provides any reduction in noise level when printed with PLA (TPU might be a better material if you are looking for noise reduction). We printed these tile on a CR-10s in PLA with a .16mm layer height, 10% infill, and 2-3 wall layers, top/bottom thickness of at least 4 layers, and a .4 nozzle.  This is not a commercial license, but you can use it for any personal purposes.  The file includes the 3x3 inch tile that can we scaled to fit any wall size.
