rPETG Pellets

rPETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol Comonomer) Pellets are ideal for at home filament production or large format 3D printing with a pellet extruder. Printerior rPETG created form a mixture of industrial waste plastic from the medical industry. We formulated this grade of rPETG to create a sustainable, high strength, ultra clear, and chemical resistant material that is optimized for the 3D printing Industry. rPETG is easy to to print with, just like PLA, and offers similar mechanical properties when compared to ABS. Plus, there is little to no odor emitted when printing with it. Processing Recommendations: Pre-dry before extrusion at 60°C for 4 hours.  A toaster oven works fine for this.  Don't dry in a kitchen oven!  (Wet material will extrude with bubbles present in the filament.  If this happens, dry the resin more before processing.)
