“Viva la Vida” Frida Kahlo Catrina Hand Printed Hand Stitched Journal

Día de Muertos, or Day of the Dead in English, is just around the corner and this year we will celebrate with Frida Kahlo dressed as a Catrina, and using of her famous quotes “Viva la Vida” to emphasize this marvelous Mexican tradition. These notebooks measure 5.25 x 8.25, with 50 pages on the inside with a visible thread stitching and are perfect for writing notes, journaling, sketching, as gifts for someone special, to add another notebook to your collection or to start your own. The image in the cover is created with a hand-carved linoleum block that is individually hand-printed and hand-stitched, making all the notebooks slightly different from one other that cannot be replicated with commercial or manufactured processes. The texture you see in the images comes naturally from the linoleum itself.
