There is an old Chinese proverb that says "all good things come in pairs", meaning that two are better than one since they create balance, harmony and order. In the case of these lovely green glass vases, it does beg the question: why not both? Hidden in plain sight, the delicate interior fluting of this vase might easily be missed at first glance. It adds a layer of texture that, as the light shines through, imparts a subtle rippled appearance to the exterior.
