The kit includes: One weatherproof system box with the Coop Controls CKBT system controller and battery box One 12V rechargeable sealed lead-acid battery Operator Arm Rear mounting arm hinge Slotted and adjustable front mounting bracket Second hinge for door stability UL Listed resettable AC transformer with low voltage wire Non-illuminated pushbutton with low voltage wire Mounting fasteners for system controller box, mounting brackets, and hinge Lifetime warranty on motor and gear assembly Six month warranty on electronics ONE 2x4 piece of wood is required and not included.
