310 Scalloped Veiner [USED]

This used Scalloped Veiner stamp was made by Ray Hackbarth. It is tool number 310. This Veiner Stamp is a great example of why many serious leather stampers prefer these vintage tools. Hand ground to give a crisp impression, this stainless steel tool measures 21/32" in length and 1/8" in height. Stamped on this tool is "310", "R. Hackbarth", "Phoenix, Ariz." and "Stainless". The previous owner engraved their name on the tool and also painted part of the handle dark red. One of the oldest and most respected names among leather stamping tool manufacturers is Hackbarth Tools. Ray Hackbarth made tools for the great leatherworkers that handed the craft down to today's generation of carvers.
