EVERYTHINGthe fork is pictured by itself just to show you what it looks like better. I know this will fit the Befco machines but please measure yours if you are unsure so you do not waste money shipping them back and forth.  It doesn't matter what size your old axle if when replacing the assembly as long as the yoke will work.Yes it is black and not the Befco color but black holds up better for longer and easier to touch up if need be. The solid tire is not quite as tall as the air tires. With that being said, if you have air tires and are only buying 1 or 2 then you will not have the same exact cut unless you change both front assemblies
