NextLevel Pulsar Brewer

The Pulsar is a collaboration between NextLevel and astrophysicist Jonathan Gagné. As soon as Scott saw what they were up to, he was eager to sell the Pulsar. The Pulsar is a “no bypass brewer” with a valve to control flow. Jonathan worked with NextLevel to improve the shower screen performance, the dimensions of the brewer, and to add the valve, to maintain a slurry during blooming, and to control flow. The result is a small miracle: it is easier to achieve even extractions with the Pulsar than any other percolation brewer. The Pulsar is our go-to manual brewer and great for travel. It weighs less than 1/2 pound and does not require a special kettle for optimal performance. Included with your brewer will be a pack of our quality filters.
