The Pro Tools | MTRX 128-Channel IP Audio Dante Card lets you add up to 128 channels of high-density, low-latency digital audio using Dante (128 channels at 44.1 kHz or 32 channels at 192 kHz). The MTRX 128-Channel IP Audio Dante Module lets you add up to 64 bi-directional (128) channels of low-latency digital audio to the Pro Tools | MTRX base unit. Dante has emerged as the premier format for transmitting audio via network. An extremely fast, low-latency, bandwidth-friendly device, Dante lets you transmit 64 bi-directional channels of 24-bit/48kHz audio while taking up only 74Mbit/sec on a single network port with a default latency of 1ms. With Dante, you could run up to 512 24-bit/48kHz audio channels on a single Gigabit network port. With Dante, you can add as many audio channels to a network as you want, simply by adding more MTRX or other Dante-equipped interfaces. Adding new devices to a Dante network couldn't be easier, since it features automatic device discovery and assigns easily recognized device names. Extremely cost-effective, Dante can use existing network infrastructure to send and receive audio over CAT5/6 cable in a multi-room facility. Pro Tools | MTRX 128-Channel IP Audio Dante Module in one take: Adds Dante audio networking capabilities to the Pro Tools | MTRX base unit (64 channels at 44.1/48kHz, 32 channels at 88.2/96kHz, or 16 channels at 192kHz) 1ms default latency Uses standard Cat5/6 Ethernet cable and connectors Automatic device discover displays newly connected equipment in Dante software Take advantage of the new industry standard for network audio with the 128-Channel IP Audio Dante Module for your Pro Tools MTRX base unit.
