JOCAVI WOODGLEAM Diffuser Panel
The use of solid wood in the construction of acoustic diffusers is a very classic custom in studio design. The use of diffusers is imperative to control primary reflections and other reflections from the flat surfaces, improving correct sound diffusion to the listening position. JOCAVI designed this model with a dual sequence function comparing with the conventional quadratic diffusers, that is, it has two residual quadratic routine calculations, one regular and one inverted. The usual square gives way to two triangles in the same square. As a result, WOODGLEAM has two triangles with different depths with the main sequence and the inverse sequence, within one square. The WOODGLEAM is a two-dimensional dual routine quadratic residue sound diffuser created to provide a more uniform sound field through the reflection of the mid-range frequencies. It offers a dual hemispherical scattering for shorter angles of incidence, which is an advantage for small and medium-sized rooms. This wooden d
