Forecast Scheduling - Time Model

A 'Time Model' is the simplest model you can create in Microsoft Project. It requires you to enter the following into your scheduling application: Deliverables, Durations, Dependencies, Deadlines, but no (Start or Finish) Dates. All these start with a 'D', therefore, we also call this '4D-1D scheduling'. It is the leanest and meanest model of a project that will still allow you to forecast it and bring it in on time.
