Need some pig steaks for grilling!? Cut them up with us! As we go through half of a pig you will learn how it all comes apart; primal, sub-primal, and various finish cuts as well as appropriate knife skills! A unique and informative experience starting with meaty appetizers with a light dinner midway through class.Each attendee will take home approximately 10 lbs of meat that we cut up together during the evening. Complimentary house wine & beer. We also have specialty wine for purchase provided by Albariza Wine. Cancellations within 7 days of the class can only be transferrable to another person; we unfortunately cannot offer refunds at that time.
