Its fluid texture makes application easy and long-lasting, and includes pearly particles to create a metallic, reflective look. A range of rich shades enhances and intensifies the eyes. It can be used on the waterline. Opthamalogically tested, the pencil's soft formula is suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
