The SPD Ti-MNPara Strap is inspired directly from the original French Navy (Marine Nationale) combat diver's versions as first worn in the 1960-70s. Ours feature all titanium hardware and best grade nylon-Spandex strapping. One of the most comfortable and adjustable watch straps made today. Fits watches with 24mm width lugs. Works with any watch that has removable spring bars. #timnpara During the 1960s, the French Navy combat divers saw a need to securely wear and adjust their dive watches, but did not find anything quite suitable for their needs available at that time. Repurposing elastic nylon strapping from military issue parachute rigging and forming some bits of metal hardware, came up with this (originally handmade) design. PDW built up from this baseline and used the best available nylon with Spandex (far more durable and resilient than generic elastics) strapping, 100% titanium in the rings and clasp for total corrosion resistance on land or under the sea, and 100% non-magnet
