  NGS CORN YEAST D123 yeast is fairly neutral, producing slightly fruity esters, especially in corn & sugar based spirits (moonshines). Will also ferment most grains.  Requires additional distillers yeast nutrients to ferment very high Gravity (VHG) washes.
