We keep finding new ways to enjoy it, like the Dark & Stormy, Kentucky Buck, Horse's Neck, and Penicillin. And then we "accidentally" discovered how good it is with just a shot of nice bourbon and a large-ish splash of club soda, and we were impressed with ourselves all over again.
