The new 0.5% Pinot Noir offers a very appealing, vinous character; that is clean and fresh. It includes fruity notes of red currants and cherries are surrounded by a nicely embedded tannin structure and an almost dry finish.  While an alcohol-free wine will never have exactly the same depth, structure and mouthfeel as a wine with alcohol, the ZP5 comes extremely close.
