PROs 300ZX GM Alternator Adapter Bracket

All billet/CNC items are Made-to-Order; lead time is roughly one week from purchase. --- PROs Tuning is proud to offer a new charging solution for the 300ZX community - the PROs Tuning GM Alternator Adapter Bracket. Factory 300ZX alternators max out at a measly 90 amps, with a few hard-to-source aftermarket units at 200 amps but only 100 or so at idle - and even less once the car is warmed up. This bracket allows the use of a GM AD244 or GM DR44 alternator, commonly found in early-2000's GM trucks and SUVs. As such, high amperage alternators are now readily available for use in the 300ZX, ranging from 135A all to way to 500A. Better yet - these alternators can be simply sourced from your local auto parts store! This kit allows use of the factory-sized 4-rib alternator belt with no slippage issues and maintains proper alignment to a factory or aftermarket crank pulley. A minor trimming/modification to the OEM alternator bracket is all that is needed. The kit includes our billet adapter
