This is the main CPU module from a XLi Time/Frequency unit. It has an on-board TCXO oscillator and is therefore probably not compatible with other oscillator types. This would be great as a replacement for a failed card, or if the optional features are required. It is loaded with the latest firmware (v2.4) which supports a web based interface - see screenshots below from the actual item for sale. All the optional features are enabled - ie. Enabled: NTP, Time Interval, Frequency Measurement, Programmable Pulse Output. Note that this card does not have a GPS receiver, as the XLi uses a separate GPS option card (listed separately).
