Info What Does It Do? Extends the shaft of your bench grinder / buffing machine by about 3.5" Allows more room for maneuvering parts while buffing How Does It Work? This extension simply slides onto the shaft of your machine and is held in place by set screws. It does not change the shaft diameter of your machine. For example, if you purchase the extension for a machine with a 1/2" shaft size, the extension will retain that 1/2" size. There is an option for a right or left side kit. The right side uses a right hand thread and must be mounted on the right side of your machine, while the left side uses a left hand thread and must be used on the left. Can be used on a bench grinder or buffing machine. This extension is designed to be used for light buffing and sanding, it is not recommended to be used for heavy grinding applications.
