1950s Lily Dress

Vintage late 40s to early 50s cold rayon dress with pointed drop waist, cap sleeves, unique collar and zipper up the middle. The direction of how to wear the dress was a little ambiguous.  I am mostly sure that the collar belongs in the front, as the zipper side has a plunging neckline.  However, there are bust-style darts on both sides of the bodice, so for good measure I photographed it both ways on the dress form.
