1/4" (6mm) Twin-Ply Birch Marine in 4'x8' sheets. 5-ply Twin-Ply Birch plywood is strong, lightweight and extremely durable.  All plies are solid and contain no voids. Uses: Paint applications, seat replacement, fiberglass (bulkheads and other structural parts). Hull work where glass and/or vinyl overlay are employed. Exterior applications: columns, soffit, forms (one-time),anywhere a durable, non deteriorating panel is required. Twin Ply Birch Marine is bonded with a Phenolic resin adhesive (WBP), which is weather and boil proof.  CARB2 certified, these 4×8 panels contain no added urea formaldehyde and certified as NAF/ULEF. B/BB: Single piece face and back veneer. Face veneers are considered clear and free of defects with a light-uniform color. Back allows 3-6 color matched patches, which are oval in shape and egg sized. Inner cores are solid birch single piece veneers. Add cut sizes under instructions and we will precisely cut your sheet for $4.00
