Express Your Elf All Pull Patch hats and patches have our brand’s authentic hook and loop fasteners which are compatible with VELCRO® fasteners.  Easily attach any Pull Patch, all of which are sized 3” width x 2” height and designed with a built-in hook backing, to hat’s loop surface.
