The Dream patches are manufactured in the United States and contain four simple ingredients:10 mg Melatonin4 mg Hops3 mg Valerian Root0.35 Black Pepper Extract DIRECTION: peel and place patch on inside of wrist, or any venous area that is clean and dry.
