Fish and seaweed rider art character misc spring

DESCRIPTION: Fun unique piece featuring a little seaweed boy riding a fish. This piece was mounted on a little "wagon" with stationary wheels. The fish is 5 inches long and from wagon base to top of seaweed kids head is 4.5 inches tall. The boy has a seaweed flowing collar, matching cap and a solid sea foam blue green suit. The fish as painted scales with many tones of blue's and green and some dots. Check out the fins! The fish has big wonderful happy lips that are glossed (just the lips) and two vintage glass bead eyes.
