Halloween COTTON SPUN BAT

DESCRIPTION:New COTTON SPUN character! Check out this adorable cotton spun Halloween bat! He measures 4 inches tall and 5 across. His eyes are glass and the base half round and that too has cotton. I added some German Dresden to the base.These cotton spun pieces start off with a sketch. I then build an armature and start adding layers and layers of 100% cotton batting. Once the batting is all added I seal with even more protection. I use acrylics, stain and sometimes wood for a base. Signed original art!All artwork is hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay is processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced.
