DESCRIPTION: Halloween spooky tree painting! This 8 x 10 size flat canvas panel painting was done using acrylics. I also used a satin varnish for protection. Living inside the spooky tree I are some Halloween friends... there is a ghost, a peeking pumpkin, a ghoul and frank.  Signed original art!  All artwork is original hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay and its processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork on this site and my Etsy shop are one of a kind pieces. ARTIST: I am a long time artist of over 25 years in the same medium of clay art.
