Lady bug Spring folk art character

DESCRIPTION: Spring folk art insect lady bug character! She's 4 inches tall. Super cute with those crazy big glossy eyes and lips. I added boots, a blue flower and a pair of antenna's with polka dots. The base is a plaster special mix.  Signed original art!  All artwork is original hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay and its processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork on this site and my Etsy shop are one of a kind pieces. ARTIST: I am a long time artist of over 25 years in the same medium of clay art.
