NEW spun cotton Holly sprig silly character Christmas or anytime

DESCRIPTION:NEW cotton spun! These are vintage inspired and built with layers and layers of 100% cotton. I use old school technique mixed with modern. Full bodied NEW cotton spun Christmas (?) HOLLY sprig character! This piece stands 8 inches tall including those sprigs. I crafted the sprigs and their red berries. He's got black glass eyes, a really cute black and white striped outfit and adorable leaf style hands. I love the base with its vintage German dresden and texture and color. REALLY unique piece! Signed original art! All artwork is hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay is processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced.
