Paper clay bug character with lots of detail and crackle - misc

DESCRIPTION:Looking for a piece awaken your inner soul? Check out this wonderfully detailed 7.75 inch tall bug like character. This piece stands out in a crowd. The face has a dark undertone of dark grey brushed with white. I crackled the eyes and those pretty blushed lips. The over all piece was crackled to give that old porcelain look. The arms are articulated. The wire legs were wrapped with super fine wire then tarnished. Check out the little necklace with a gold painted heart, an old brass bell and a silver bell. The base is extra thick.  Mixed media piece to include several types of clay including paper clay. This is truly a special unique piece that took 23 hours to complete. Signed original art!All artwork is hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay is processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork
