50% Milk Chocolate Bar

Indulge in a rich milk chocolate bar with full cocoa flavors smoothed out by just the right amount of cream. This bar is better classified as “dark milk chocolate” as it has 50% cacao content, 30% milk (whole milk and heavy cream - not skim milk), and 20% organic cane sugar. Much more flavor than standard milk chocolates that use skim milk and about 11%-30% cacao, this bar really satisfies! For reference, the classic Hershey bar uses 11% cacao and Lindt Swiss milk chocolate uses 31% cacao. This recipe brings out maple and molasses notes.
