How to Use the Pur-Air-Fy Nose Inhaler The Pur-Air-Fy nose diffuser is a wearable, refillable essential oil inhaler designed to work with any of your favorite therapeutic oils. For best absorption, especially when adding 4 drops, apply 2 drops, alternating holes, on the top of the unit, and 2 drops, alternating holes on the bottom. After filling, gently wipe the outside of the nose inhaler with isopropyl alcohol or a similar disinfectant.
