They can be stored in their package for up to a week outside the fridge.   To enjoy them warm, just heat each cookie in the microwave, outside of its package, for 6 - 8 seconds, or in a preheated oven at 350F for 4-5 minutes. For long-term storage, keep them in their original package in a container in the freezer. They will be good for up to 2 months. To defrost, preheat the oven to 350F and place the frozen cookie on an oven tray, then cook for 8-10 minutes.
