Brewers Yeast

A primary grown yeast with added vitamins. Its golden color is derived from the natural deep yellow color of pure riboflavin. It has a mild, nut-like flavor which is free from any harsh yeasty odor or taste. Red Star specifically developed Vegetarian Support Formula (T6635+) Primary Grown Nutritional Yeast for those on a vegetarian diet. Red Star grows the yeast on enriched purified cane and beet molasses under carefully controlled conditions and then dries the product on drum dryers. INGREDIENTS: Dry Yeast, Niacin, Pyridoxine, Hydrochloride, Thiamin Hydrochlorine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B12. The source of B12 in this formula is from a natural fermentation, not from a synthetic process or from an animal source. Storage under cool and dry conditions is recommended. This product is stable for a minimum of one year. Keep lid tightly closed to prevent insect infestation. Store in an air-tight container, away from sunlight.
