Flour made from the extracted starch of Cassava, the Tapioca Root. Used to thicken puddings, soups and pies. Set aside. Mix egg yolks with buttermilk and oil. In a separate bowl stir dry ingredients together. Mix egg yolk mixture into dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Bake in an oiled waffle iron.
