Pure Zen

Pure Zen is awonderful balancing blend that was created to aid the body and mind with a good night's sleep and anxiety reduction. This blend is soothing for upset stomachs, anti-inflammatory, and supports a reduction of stress.                                   Ingredients  Rooibos, Organic spearmint, Organic Chamomile, Organic oat straw, hops*Caffeine-free  Directions Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the blend in a tea kettle or pot of boiling water. Turn off water, allow 5-10 minutes for herbs to infuse. Use a strainer to separate blend, pour into your favorite cup, and enjoy!
