The PURE Cutter is the heart of the grinder/trituration system and we now offer three food-safe, stainless steel options: the Skip Tooth Cutter, the Straight Tooth Cutter and the Serrated Tooth Cutter.  What’s the difference?Skip Tooth Tooth Cutter #17-4, is a hybrid of both the Straight and the Serrated cutters. The Skip tooth Cutter combines the superior cutting of the Straight Tooth Cutter with the even push pressure and uniform cut of the Serrated Cutter, We've been testing it for quite a while and it truly combines the best features of both cutters. Made from 17-4 Stainless Steel that has been heat-treated and hardened to Rc 45 allowing it to stay sharp for years without sharpening. .  Straight Tooth Cutter #304, is an exceptional cutter but allowed us to offer a more affordable option of the PURE Juicer.
