It is made in the USA with Certified Organic Cotton batting fill, wrapped in 1.5" of Organic Wool, and covered with Organic Cotton Twill. This mattress is FIRM and offers firm hip and spine support. It's made without springs, so it won’t transfer motion between sleepers. You can place it on a box spring set or platform bed, or even use it as a floor bed.
