It is naturally low in calories and contains less caffeine than black tea and coffee. Low Caffeine  Premium whole leaf Use 1 - 2 tsp per serving  Serving size is 8 fl. oz. Steep for 3-6 minutes Ingredients: Green Gunpowder Tea, Apple Pieces, Cinnamon Pieces, Rose Hips Pieces, Rose Petals, Marigold Flowers  & Natural Flavors  Steeping Instructions: Steep two teaspoons in 8 ounces of water heated to a rolling boil (212 degrees F) for 3 - 6 minutes.
